Product Returns Policy and Warranty Statement

At Innovatronix Shopify, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right.

Only items with manufacturing defects should be returned for repair or replacement only - no refund. Furthermore, no replacement shall be made if the product returned was found out opened, altered or modified in any way. If it is altered or modified in any way, in this case, the warranty is voided.

The warranty only covers failure due to manufacturing defects and workmanship. Hence, breakdown of the product due to gross abuse, use with non-recommended equipment or devices and normal wear and tear are not covered.

We will be asking for proofs (Photos and Videos) that the product has manufacturer's defect.

Freebies and accessories are not covered by the warranty.

Battery sets are not included in the warranty because these items are based on number of charge and discharge cycles or on the customers' actual use. In addition, SLA batteries must be properly maintained, otherwise, if the gels dry up, the battery capacity is diminished, hence the product warranty on battery is voided.

Innovatronix, Inc. will give notice to the customer on the status of the product when it was received. See Limited Warranty Statement on Batteries.

This policy applies only to products sold direct by Innovatronix Inc (or through www.innovatronix.com). For products purchased from dealers or retailers, contact them for warranty claims, including after sales services.


Instructions :

- Kindly indicate on the subject the order ID. 

- Use this format for the email Subject : SHOPIFY (Item) [Order ID]

2. After reviewing the photos sent, we will email you back to answer your concerns.

 

 

Shipping, Responsibility for Delivery, Loss and Damage to Goods

Innovatronix Inc practices same and/or next day shipping. Once the order has been received and that complete shipping information is given, orders are immediately shipped out. Shipping cutoff time is 1200NN Monday to Saturday (GMT+8 hours). We are unable to ship on Sunday and Special Holidays (in the Philippines) and in the destination country. In the event that it may be required, additional cost on shipping and handling shall be charged on the customer.

Unless otherwise specified, all packages are shipped/delivered on a door-to-door basis. The average delivery transit time is 3 to 5 days in most locations in the world. Guaranteed delivery time is 7 to 10 days.

The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment due to natural disasters or bad weather conditions, acts of God, war or terrorist acts, and any other circumstances beyond our control.

The company insures all packages to the freight forwarder or courier company. Insurance claims shall not exceed the total purchase price.

While the company assures that all packages are packed according to rigid export packaging standards, there are some and isolated instances that the parcels are not in good condition due to torn or worn out packaging or due to mishandling, contact Innovatronix Inc for insurance claims on the freight forwarder.

 

Liability for Injuries, Loss of Properties

Innovatronix is not liable for any injuries, damages or problems arising from improper use of any product sold, including but not limited to usage on non-recommended set up or applications.

Amendments

We may amend this policy statement any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Site. This statement was last updated on Sept 1, 2008.
