How to Clean :

• To clean the acrylic, remove it from the base. Wipe with a microfiber type of cloth.

• Avoid ammonia-based products, like home glass cleaners, because they contain harmful chemicals that will actually damage the surface leaving it cloudy looking.

• Soapy water is the safest and most effective cleaning solution for acrylic.

Important Update on U.S. Import Tariffs

For U.S. shipments, a 19% import tariff will be applied due to the new policy implemented under President Trump and it will be collected to you by FedEx (on behalf of customs) upon arrival. it is also shown on the main image.

Please be aware of ongoing developments regarding U.S. import tariffs. A recent Court of Appeals decision is now under Supreme Court review. However, these tariffs remain in effect through October 14, 2025. While the case is being reviewed,  a final decision may not be issued until mid-2026 or later.

Return Policy for Customized Product :

We can only accept return/refund if the item received was wrong, damaged or lost. Return/Refund request must be made within 7 days after the item was delivered. 

Customer pays for return shipping. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 80% of the item price due to the personalized nature of the product.
